Fun is not reserved for children.
Fun means to find pleasure in that which you are doing. And you are doing what you are doing by choice—you are not being forced. Therefore, have fun. You have a chance to enjoy (infuse with joy) your day-to-day activities or, instead, live them as a struggle.
Neither is correct. The activities themselves are neutral. It is all how you choose to process what you experience. It is what you tell yourself.
This day, tell yourself how fortunate you are to have the tasks you have to perform. Find pleasure in being able to strive and to accomplish. Take time to breathe and to drink in the beauty all around you.
Be like a little child and realize that you are, even now, in the kingdom of heaven.
